\nINSA-6120-RS485 is a digital output low-cost single-axis inclinometer, adopting the latest industrial
\nlevel MEMS accelerometer. Its measuring range is \u00b1180\u00b0, highest accuracy of 0.3\u00b0, working
\ntemperature is \u201340\u00baC ~+85\u00baC, the product with a small-volume and low weight, can meet space restricted application requirements.
\nThis product converts static gravity field changes into angle changes, It outputs horizontal angle

Installation direction<\/strong>
\nThe correct installation method can avoid measurement error. The following points should be made
\nwhen installing the sensor:
\nFirst of all, to ensure that the sensor mounting surface and the measured surface completely close,
\nthe measured surface should be as horizontal as possible, can not have the angle shown in Figure A
\nand Figure C, the correct installation is shown in Figure B and Figure D.<\/p>\n

Secondly, the bottom cable of the sensor and the axis of the measured object shouldn\u2019t generate
\nthe angle shown in E. When installing, the bottom cable of the sensor should be kept parallel or
\northogonal to the rotation axis of the measured object. This product can be installed horizontally
\nor vertically (vertical installation requires customization). The correct installation method is shown in
\nFigure F.
\nFinally, the installation surface of the sensor must be fixed with the measured surface tightly and
\nsmoothly, to avoid measurement error that may be caused by the acceleration and vibration.<\/p>\n
