This Privacy outlines the practices and procedures followed by SAT CONTROL d.o.o. (“SAT CONTROL”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) with regards to the collection, use, and protection of personal data on our website. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2). DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE

Your personal data will be carefully protected against any loss, disclosure, alteration or abuse. We will process your personal data solely for the purposes for which you have provided us with them. We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without obtaining your consent or providing your with all the required information in accordance with GDPR in advance.

We may collect and process personal data when you visit our website, including but not limited to:

• Information provided voluntarily by you, such as your name, email address, company name, VAT number, address and contact details when submitting forms or inquiries.
• Automatically collected information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing behavior using cookies or similar technologies for analytics and improving our website’s functionality.

• When  you leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

COOKIES

 If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
