When the problem is in solar tracker itself
We are requesting a few pictures of installed system and screenshots from tracker’s menu (program Helios, web browser,…etc).
HINT: do screenshots with pressing “PrintScreen” key on your keyboard and paste picture to some program (Paint,Word,…). Photo makes blurry pictures.
